The 2016 No.30 issue of Weekly Shōnen Jump revealed a message (image below) and some
drawings (image above) by Osamu Akimoto, and also original exhibition merchandise (image below) of the upcoming "KochiKame Exhibition" that will take place from September 14 to 26, 2016 in the 8th Floor Hall of the Nihonbashi Takashimaya department store as part of the series' 40th anniversary.
Admission for exhibit is ¥800 for general public, ¥600 for university and high-school students, and free or less for junior high-schoolers.
