Shūeisha announced on November 1, 2016 that it will reprint the 2016 No.42 issue of its Weekly
Shōnen Jump magazine — the issue where it was published the last chapter of KochiKame manga — as well as the 40th anniversary "KochiKame Jump" issue, on December 31, 2016. The printing is the first time in Weekly Shōnen Jump's history that it has reprinted an issue.

The pack, sold in a set named "KochiKame Baku-Ure Orei!! Ryō-san Tokubetsu Anniversary Pack," will cost 780 yen (about US$7.50).
